Clay owls

Today Rowan Class learned how to make pinch pot clay owls. Once again they blew my socks right off with their brilliant listening skills, concentration and determination. It really was a super effort from all and they were rewarded with some fantastic looking owls.  

Elephants on parade!

We have been learning how to make elephant prints to put on display with our milk bottle elephants. We had to draw simple designs, then transfers these to our printing blocks. It was great fun and we loved seeing our finished pieces of art!

Milk bottle elephant designs
